Portugal. The Man / The Endangered Song (Vinyl Remaster)
Portugal. The Man has teamed up with the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute to spread the an important message regarding the rapid extinction of the Sumatran Tiger. With less than 400 of these beautiful tigers left in the world, the band has recorded a new track entitled "Endangered Song".
The track has only been released on 400 vinyl copies distributed to influencers who are asked to digitize the album. The vinyl itself is made out of materials that will degrade over time, so unless the track is digitized and spread, the song itself will disappear as well as the Sumatran Tiger. Please spread the word of this beautiful message, help support the repopulation of the Sumatran Tiger, and share this fantastic new song. You can find more information about the cause in the video below or by visiting www.endangeredsong.si.edu.

The Gliders Combo Pack
I had the pleasure of giving these guys a try and I have to say I love them. These are easy to use, even if you aren't the "handyman" type. Able to secure in place for tougher jobs. Being able to hold objects in place as well as making others easier to use makes these little guys even handier than some other products on the market.
I was able to use them to move my desk around, and I have a very large and heavy desk. My fiance and I usually have a hard time moving the desk across the carpet, but the gliders made it much easier on the both of us. If you have a tough project and need to move stuff or hold it in place get your hands on these.

Take Time
As parents we all know the frustrations of raising children and how we just want to take a timeout from being a mommy or a daddy and take time for ourselves. But with the recent tragedy in Newton we all should take a moment and look at things from a different angle. I know that my children can be difficult some days but at least I am able to squeeze my babies at the end of the day and I count myself lucky to be able to do so. I cannot imagine not being able to hug and squeeze the orneriness out of my children when they get to whining or misbehaving. I've learned that you should appreciate the time we have with our friends and family because you never know what tomorrow may bring.

Front Load Washer, How I Hate You
I have never heard any complaints before about front load washers, only the simple fact that they are easier on a persons back. In the time that we have had our front load washer we have had to have the boot replaced twice already, and now we have to call tomorrow to have it serviced yet again... The first time we had a to have the boot replaced and the filters cleaned out. The second time there was yet another hole in the boot and now the damn boot got twisted up with a pair of jeans somehow. I have no idea how in the heck it happened but it is a real damn pain in the rear. I have never wanted to get my hands on a regular top load washer so bad in my life.

Why I love cats
Cats are independent, take care of themselves mostly and know when something is up. But I also love cats because they want things their way when they feel like it. They don't care if you are busy, but when they want attention they will let you know.
Also, they look so darn cute when they are not causing havoc!
